- 1 Egg, well beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces Shrimp, deveined and peeled
- 8 ounces Vigo Jasmine Fried RiceAdd
In a medium saucepan with a tight-fitting lid, bring 1 ½ cups (12 oz.) water to a boil.
Add butter, shrimp and package of rice, stirring while boiling for 1 minute.
Cover saucepan tightly. Reduce heat to simmer and allow to cook undisturbed for 18 – 20 minutes.
Remove from heat. Stir in eggs. Serve and enjoy.
