Luckily, progress has afforded people the opportunity to travel and with travel, many discoveries are made. This is the case with traditional balsamic vinegar. Vigo Balsamic Vinegar is made using the same process as centuries ago. Red wine and grape musts are blended and aged until a syrupy, dark liquid full of complex flavors and nuances develop. Vigo Balsamic Vinegar adds flavor to salads, roasted meats, sprinkled over vegetables and most any dish calling for red wine vinegar.
