Vigo Rigatoni is made in the time-honored Genoa style using only the highest quality of durum wheat semolina. The hollow tubes have square cut ends. This cut works well with thick, chunkier sauces or in baked pasta recipes because the openings allow sauce to better adhere to all surfaces. Rigatoni is often the chef's choice for baked dishes (al forno).
