- 1 1/2 pound ground beef or pork
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup Vigo Italian Style Bread Crumbs
- Vigo Pure Olive Oil
- 1 jar Alessi Pasta Sauce
- 1 pound Vigo Spaghetti
- grated Parmesan Cheese, optional
Mix meat, eggs and bread crumbs thoroughly.
Mold into 2" round balls.
Fry over medium heat, turning to brown all sides until done.
Serve meatballs with heated sauce over spaghetti, cooked al dente. Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
