- 1/4 cup Alessi White Balsamic Reduction
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 cups Vigo Extra Virgin Olive OilAdd
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Alessi Sea Salt and Ground Black Pepper, to taste
In a small bowl, combine vinegar and lemon juice.
Whisk in olive oil until fully combined, and add honey. Season vinaigrette with salt and pepper
Let stand up to 30 minutes. Whisk immediately before serving, if necessary.
