Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 6 drops Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can Vigo Salad Cut Palm Hearts, drained
  • Vigo Sea Salt and Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups salad greens

Directions

In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Add the can of salad cut hearts of palm and gently toss.

Season with salt and pepper and serve over a bed of salad greens.
