- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ketchup
- 6 drops Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can Vigo Salad Cut Palm Hearts, drainedAdd
- Alessi Sea Salt and Ground Black Pepper, to taste
- 2 cups salad greens
In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Add the can of salad cut hearts of palm and gently toss.
Season with salt and pepper and serve over a bed of salad greens.
