- 1 cup Vigo Arborio RiceAdd
- 3 tablespoons Alessi Olive Tapenade
In a pot with tight fitting lid bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add the rice and stir for one minute. Reduce heat to low and cover. Cook rice undisturbed for 18 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool about 5 minutes. Stir in tapenade and mix well.
