- 12 ounces Vigo Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 ounces Vigo Feta cheese, finely choppedAdd
- 4 ounces reduced fat cream cheese, softened
- 2 ounces mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Alessi Garlic Puree
- 1 teaspoon Alessi Dipping Spices
- 4 scallions, minced
- 2 ounces Alessi Fire Roasted Italian Red Peppers, drained and minced
