Ingredients

  • 14 ounces Vigo Quartered Artichoke Hearts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup Vigo Italian Style Bread Crumbs
  • Vigo Pure Olive Oil for frying

Directions

Drain Artichokes. Dip into well beaten egg and coat with Vigo Italian Style Bread Crumbs.

Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve hot.
