- 1 cup Vigo Quinoa
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Alessi Sundried Tomato Pesto
- 8-10 Alessi Sundried Tomatoes in Oil, diced
Directions
Cook the Vigo Quinoa according to package directions.
Remove from heat and stir in the pesto and sundried tomatoes. Serve and enjoy!
