- 1 pound Vigo Rigatoni
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Vigo Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
- 1 teaspoon Alessi Garlic Puree
- 1/4 cup Onion, chopped
- 1 jar Alessi Smooth Marinara
- Parmesan cheese, grated
Cook rigatoni according to package directions. Drain, toss with ½ tbsp. olive oil and set aside.
In a large pan, sauté the onion and garlic puree in 1 tbsp. olive oil on medium heat until the onions are soft and translucent. Add the ground beef and brown. Drain the meat and add the smooth marinara. Mix well.
Top the rigatoni with the meat sauce and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Serve and enjoy!
